Functional health-data processing is not yet enabled. This page is informational only: it collects no health information, creates no health records, and provides no medical or clinical service or advice. Article 9 consent governance for the Anamnesis Engine is still in draft; the product is in validation and is not yet available.
What this project is
An anamnesis — the health history a clinician takes — is usually scattered across providers, systems and countries, and rarely owned by the person it describes. The Anamnesis Engine is being validated as a consumer-owned health-history record: the individual holds the record, and any sharing with a clinician happens only through explicit, revocable consent.
What this page does not do
- It does not collect, store or process any health information — there are no forms and no analytics scripts on this page.
- It does not provide medical or clinical advice of any kind.
- It does not offer a product for sale or sign-up.
There is nothing to sign up for on this page. No external use of the Anamnesis Engine will open before its consent governance is validated and its data-protection gates pass.
