    Assessment criteria

    CEIP candidates are assessed against demonstrated competence, not hours of study. The assessment covers:

    • •Conceptual fluency: Human Debt™, Execution Debt™, Execution Integrity, and the Co-Regulated Execution framework
    • •Diagnostic application: ability to run a structured Execution Integrity assessment against a real or simulated organisation
    • •Pod design: ability to recommend and configure Execution Pod structures appropriate to team size, AI maturity, and sector
    • •Restoration planning: ability to build a phased Execution Integrity restoration roadmap following diagnostic findings
